The agreement between you and MyResort Travel Pvt Ltd.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyResort platform, including our website, mobile applications and concierge services (“Services”), operated by MyResort Travel Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
By creating an account, making a booking or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent that you have authority to bind all listed guests to these Terms and any supplier-specific conditions.
3. Bookings and payments
MyResort acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, resorts, safari operators, transport providers). Your booking forms a direct contract between you and the supplier, subject to the supplier’s own terms.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes where shown. Prices are not guaranteed until booking confirmation is issued.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules vary by supplier and are displayed at the time of booking. Safari permits are non-refundable once issued by the relevant forest department.
Where a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method within the timelines stated in our Help Centre. We may deduct reasonable processing fees where disclosed up-front.
5. User content and reviews
By posting reviews, photographs or other content, you grant MyResort a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, adapt and promote such content in connection with the Services.
You represent that all content is your own, accurate, and does not infringe any third party’s rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyResort’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Before initiating litigation, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our grievance officer, whose contact details are listed in the Help Centre.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
